The role’s primary objective is to serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service and leaves delighted. /p ul liHave a thorough understanding of the outlet’s concept and food beverage offerings and be able to clearly communicate them to guests. /li liPrepare mise en place for each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service, including polishing and assembling equipment. /li liDeliver attentive, efficient, and personalized service by understanding and anticipating guest requirements. /li liProperly present all dishes and beverages in line with hotel and outlet standards, and up-sell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue. /li liAssist with stock handling, including linen, beverages, and other supplies, ensuring proper storage and organization. /li liMaintain outlet equipment and utensils in excellent condition through careful day‑to‑day handling and completion of side duties as assigned. /li liCommunicate guest preferences, allergies, or special requests to management and kitchen colleagues, and keep product knowledge up to date. /li /ul h3Experience and Education /h3 ul liHold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. /li liHave 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred). /li liExperience in luxury hospitality is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and ability to deliver service at the highest level. /li liExcellent communication skills, able to interact seamlessly with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. /li liAttentive to guest needs, with the ability to anticipate expectations and create memorable experiences. /li liTeam-oriented mindset, cooperating and supporting colleagues to maintain smooth operations. /li liAwareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards in all service areas. /li liFamiliarity with POS systems and standard service procedures is an advantage. /li /ul h3Our Commitment to You /h3 ul liLearning Development: Your success is our success.
