Como Jefe/a de Animación tu misión principal será planificar, organizar y supervisar las actividades de animación realizadas en el hotel, garantizando que se cumplen las expectativas del cliente. ✔️ ¿Cómo será tu día a día? • Supervisar que la animación ofrecida cumple con la calidad y los estándares de imagen establecidos por Iberostar., • Organizar y gestionar los programas, eventos, shows y actividades de animación, controlando la puesta en escena, el aprovisionamiento de material y la asignación de personal., • Apoyar al equipo en aquellos momentos que lo requieran., • Asegurar que se comunica la animación del hotel de forma efectiva., • Interactuar con los clientes, ofreciéndoles una atención directa y descubriendo sus expectativas respecto a la animación., • Sugerir mejoras e innovaciones en las animaciones para responder a las expectativas y peticiones expresadas por los clientes., • Dirigir al equipo de Animación, participando en su selección, formación y evaluación, y gestionando su estancia y traslados., • Dimensionar y distribuir a la plantilla en función de los eventos previstos, gestionando turnos, bajas y vacaciones., • Colaborar con el director del hotel en la elaboración del presupuesto anual para el área, y gestionarlo. 🔎 ¿Quién es la persona ideal para este puesto? • Experiencia de 2 años como Jefe/a de Animación en hoteles de cuatro o cinco estrellas., • FP Grado Superior en Animación Turística., • Conocimientos específicos sobre animación, fitness, deporte, danza, vestuario y decoración., • Nivel alto de Español e Inglés. The SEO Specialist plays a key role in the expansion and growth of the division.
