Head Chef with Extensive Experience – Mediterranean Restaurant in Playa de Palma A newly opened boutique restaurant located on the seafront of Playa de Palma is seeking a Head Chef with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join a small, professional team offering a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Position Details: - Mediterranean restaurant with an open kitchen concept (paellas, tapas, pastas, seafood, and more). - Small but well-equipped kitchen. - Continuous shift from 3:00 p.m. until closing. - One day off per week (Monday). - Full-time position (8 hours per day). - Generous tips, especially during the winter season, as the team is smaller. - Year-round contract (the restaurant remains open throughout the winter). Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience as Head Chef. - Ability to manage and organize the kitchen independently. - Experience in ordering, stock control, and kitchen organization. - Ability to lead and build their own kitchen team for the summer season. - Fluent English is essential, as the owner does not speak Spanish. - Responsible, well-organized, and passionate about Mediterranean cuisine.
