About the Role - • Oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and culinary integrity., • Implement robust systems for cost control, purchasing and inventory management, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality., • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across all areas., • Develop training programmes that strengthen skills, encourage innovation and support long term growth within the team., • Collaborate with senior hotel leaders to enhance the overall guest journey and deliver a cohesive experience.
