Who We Are Instant Gaming is one of the leading e-commerce platforms for digital video game sales. We help millions of gamers access their favorite titles instantly and at the best prices. We are growing our presence in Germany and looking for a passionate Account Manager to lead this effort. Your Mission As Account Manager for Germany, you will focus on three key areas: 1. Partner Management • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners in Germany., • Recruit new partners aligned with our brand and audience., • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and collaborations. 2. Communication & Localization • Translate and review all communications for the German market (social media, newsletters, campaigns)., • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and matches our brand voice. 3. Content & Marketing Coordination • Schedule and coordinate YouTube and Twitch content related to game releases and promotions., • Track results and share actionable insights about the German market and partners. What We Are Looking For Must-Have Skills • Professional working proficiency in German, • Fluent in English, • Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, or digital marketing Key Competencies • Passion for gaming, • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and content creators, • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously, • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively What We Offer • Permanent contract with competitive salary, • Hybrid work model: 3 days in our Sitges office with sea view and pool, 2 days from home, • Private health insurance, • Transportation allowance for commuting from Barcelona, • Opportunity to be part of an international company, • Discounts on video games
