Tus tareas diarias incluirán la creación de contenido, la planificación y ejecución de calendarios de publicaciones, y la monitorización de métricas de rendimiento. Este puesto es de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Málaga. Requisitos Experiencia en gestión de redes sociales y creación de contenido digital. Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis y monitorización de métricas en redes sociales. Aptitudes para la comunicación escrita y verbal, y capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva con diversos públicos. Habilidades adicionales como creatividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y organización serán muy valoradas. Habilidades en diseño gráfico, edición de videos o fotografía. Leverage tools like HubSpot for campaign automation, lead tracking, segmentation, and performance analytics. Optimize website content and user experience to increase traffic and conversions. Design and execute offline campaigns such as radio ads, billboards, flyers, podcasts, and community events. Integrate traditional media with digital strategies for cohesive multichannel campaigns. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support all stages of the sales funnel—from lead generation to conversion. Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) and refine strategies for optimal results. Create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences, focusing on empathy, clarity, and relevance. Requirements 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to the U.S. market. Proven experience in digital strategy, content creation, and performance marketing. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong storytelling and brand communication skills. Proficient in English; understanding of U.S. market and audience tone is a plus. Experience aligning marketing with sales strategies and business goals. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
