ph3About Us /h3 pAlmost every single thing that you eat, wear, or use (yes, even the screen you’re reading this on) is imported. Freight quite literally moves the world. And we’re helping it move even better. /p pFreightos (Nasdaq: CRGO) is the global booking and payment platform for the trillion‑dollar freight industry. Hundreds of airlines and ocean liners, thousands of freight companies, and over ten thousand importers and exporters use our platform to move goods around the world faster and more efficiently. This matters. Efficient freight ultimately makes things cost a little bit less when you buy them in the store. /p pAs the leading global freight booking platform for a massive industry, we’ve been crushing it with double‑digit growth, year after year, supporting well over one million shipments every year. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe’re hiring a Product Manager whiz, to help us whip complicated systems into shape with a killer cocktail of technical know-how, incredible coordination skills, and what can only be called True Grit. Our customers love how fast we’re evolving freight and you’ll help the product team deliver. And, as you can imagine, delivering on time is kind of a big deal for a freight tech company. One more thing: we are an AI‑first product team. We discover, prototype, and spec with AI in the loop, so you will spend less time pushing paperwork and more time on judgment, customers, and getting the right thing built. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou’re curious, motivated, and love to delight customers, ideally through awesome products but knock‑knock jokes work too. You actually get our users, with finely honed empathy and a drive to identify and eliminate problems like a Human Hoover. Social skills matter - you aren’t afraid to talk on the phone with a user to better understand their needs. /li liA conductor without a symphony is sad. You’ll drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, customers and sales. And people are passionate here; you help give everyone a voice. /li liYou once wrote an ode to the clarity of Lego instructions. You can take high‑level product requirements and spit out spectacular specs in your sleep, clarified with crystal‑clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements. /li liAnyone can drop a spec in a mailbox and wait for product delivery. No, you work closely with the RD team to ensure proper hand‑off, answer questions along the way, and guide the delivery of a quality product. On‑time. Always on time. /li liNo one likes a surprise feature release. You’ll coordinate releases with internal teams to when we launch, including training and setback notifications (hopefully fewer of these). /li liPrioritization is your middle name (or you are willing to legally change yours). You can evaluate and communicate trade‑offs when having to make difficult choices. /li liAI is your co‑pilot, not your ghost‑writer. You use tools like Claude to go from a messy idea to a clear PRD to a working, design‑system‑ready prototype, fast. You draft specs, write the prompts that get great output, and spin up clickable prototypes, then you sharpen the result until it is genuinely good. (Claude does the typing; you do the thinking.) /li liAI is fast, not infallible. You read what it produces, catch the wrong assumptions, and make sure the backend reality and cross‑product ripple effects a prototype cannot show actually get documented. You also know when a feature can go full vibe coding with the developers and when it needs a proper spec‑driven approach, and you make the call. /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3Basic Requirements /h3 ul liYou’ve done this before. Really well. For two to four years as a Product Manager. /li liA background in technology and working with development teams is required. /li liAs Lao Tzu says, “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes”. You love change and working in a fast‑paced startup environment keeps you excited. /li liYou talk real good, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. And you can write project prose that transforms complex ideas into executable RD tasks. /li liBeing able to write PRD. /li liYou are already fluent with AI. Not “I tried it once”, but using AI tools in your daily work to think, write, and build. You pick up new ones quickly, because the toolset keeps changing and so do we. /li liYou have the ability to present complex technical information clearly to varying audiences. And you know how to listen! /li liHigh‑level English skills: reading, speaking, and writing skills. /li liThere may be some occasional travels. /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liExperience working with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. /li liFreight and logistics industry experience; know what FCL, LCL, AWB, TEU mean and how forwarders/carriers and TMSs operate. /li liExperience in Fintech is also a plus. /li liHands‑on with AI across the full product cycle: brainstorming, writing PRDs and user stories, and building clickable prototypes. Prompt‑writing is a genuine skill of yours, and you can coax structured, reliable output out of a model. /li liFamiliar with AI prototyping tools (think v0, Lovable, or design‑system‑connected tools like our internal Atlas) and with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor) used to give the model context, not to ship code yourself. /li liYou get the idea of connecting AI to context (repositories, design systems, and a shared knowledge base) so the model actually understands the product instead of guessing. /li liHave experience working with remote teams? Even better. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe genuinely value work‑life balance! We work hybrid, allowing you to enjoy quiet days at home, free from traffic, with in‑office days, to meet your fabulous team face‑to‑face just 5 days a month. /li liWe believe that employees who get better make us all better. We strive for professional development and continuous learning. Alongside career support and guidance, you’ll receive an annual training budget for personal and professional development. /li liWe don’t just offer jobs—we offer a stake in something bigger. As part of Freightos, you’ll be eligible to receive equity incentive grants that vest over time, aligning your success with the company’s long‑term growth. The more we build together, the more you benefit. /li liA multicultural global team makes global freight easier. You’ll work with people from around the world, gain new perspectives, and experience diverse ways of thinking—fun and eye‑opening! /li liSome cool perks such as Private Health Insurance, Ticket Restaurant, and Flexible Remuneration options for nursery, transport, and restaurant vouchers. /li liFlexible schedule intensive working hours on Fridays so that you can enjoy a longer weekend :) /li liOur office in Torre Glories is located in the center of the tech HUB in Barcelona and has stunning city views. We organize events and gatherings throughout the year to keep the team connected and energized. /li /ul pFreightos is an equal opportunity employer, committed to treating all potential employees fairly and ensuring equal opportunities for everyone. /p pbPlease submit your CV in English. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
