We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing executive to join our growing team and to work across all our brands. About US Grupo Mariposa comprises three brands: Mariposa Energía, offering solar panels and cheaper energy tariffs to homeowners and businesses, Mariposa Construcciones Y Reformas, providing construction and reform work and Berloni, our brand new showroom for luxury kitchens and home furniture. Established in 2019, our business has continued to grow, which is why we are now looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive to work in our modern offices in San Pedro and be part of our friendly, dedicated team, reporting to the marketing manager. The role • Co-ordinate the organic social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok., • Monitor and respond to comments and questions on social media, • Create engaging and innovative content for a variety of channels (website, social media, email, Google Ads), • Set up and schedule email newsletters, • Make updates to the websites, using Wordpress, • Produce simple posters and flyers, using Canva or similar, • Analyse and report on campaign performance, • Support the marketing manager in a number of other marketing projects Essential skills/ experience • At least one year’s experience working in a digital marketing role, • Degree in marketing or similar field, • Demonstratable knowledge of the use of social media channels for business and the ability to produce content that reflects the brand., • Experience of Canva or a similar tool to produce basic digital flyers and posters, • Ability to work from own initiative, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, • Attention to detail, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Native level of English. Desirable skills Experience in the following is desirable but not essential: • Google Analytics, • Email/marketing automation platforms (eg Mailerlite), • Meta Ads Manager, • Google Ads, • Wordpress, • Adobe InDesign, • AI tools In return we offer a permanent contract, attractive salary and the opportunity to further develop your marketing skills.
