The Role: We are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in finance or accounting who is ready to take the next step toward strategic financial planning and analysis in a dynamic, international SaaS environment. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, supporting decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities: • Support the financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance and performance analysis. • Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and provide insights to leadership. • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data. • Build and maintain financial dashboards and automate recurring reports. • Support board and investor reporting, scenario planning, and ad hoc analyses. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and resource allocation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles (preferably in a SaaS or tech company). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools). • Good understanding of subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs. • Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly. Senior Accountant at Savana The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing key financial processes at Savana, including intercompany transactions, accounting review, tax compliance, and billing. The role supports revenue management processes and cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Senior Accountant promotes continuous improvement in financial accuracy and operational efficiency while providing analytical support for decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Review and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records. Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors. Handle billing processes across different revenue streams. Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards. Support rolling revenue forecasts and cash flow analysis. Lead financial audits and prepare statutory filings (e.g., annual accounts). Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ideally within international environments or multi-entity structures. Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, particularly VAT (SII system) and Corporate Income Tax (IS). Proven experience in preparing and coordinating financial audits and statutory accounts. Understanding of intercompany transactions, consolidations, and cross-border operations. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, especially NetSuite, including reporting, consolidation, and process automation functionalities. Ability to supervise and mentor a junior accountant, acting as the main liaison between the Head of Finance and the operational team. Effective coordination with local tax advisors in other countries to ensure timely and compliant filings for foreign subsidiaries. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, organizational and planning ability, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish.
