We support a wide range of local and international merchants, both online and in‑store, across multiple industries. We are now looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team and contribute to the accuracy, reliability and compliance of PayXpert’s financial information within a regulated environment. As an Accountant, you will support and execute core accounting processes end to end, ensuring high‑quality, compliant and reliable financial information. You will work closely with senior team members and Finance stakeholders, contributing to closing cycles, reconciliations, reporting, tax and regulatory processes, while continuously developing your technical accounting expertise. You will be responsible for assigned accounting tasks and accounts, help identify discrepancies, support audits and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability. Prepare, process and review accounting entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper documentation in line with IAS/IFRS, tax requirements and internal controls. Perform balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations for assigned areas and support the investigation and resolution of discrepancies. Support the preparation of tax declarations and regulatory reporting, ensuring consistency and audit readiness. Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests. Contribute to process optimisation, automation and data‑driven improvements. Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, working under the guidance of senior accountants. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query is a plus. Intermediate level of English. Permanent contract within a solid international group.
