THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE SCIB is looking for a Senior Analyst of Global Cash Management (performing the role of Front office Product Owner), based out of Boadilla (Madrid). To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Product Strategy and Evolution • Analyse and interpret key indicators (clients, market, regulation) in order to create innovative and highly functional products for the multiple client segments across the group which are served by GTB Cash., • Client requirements: collaborate directly with our clients and client origination teams to understand the challenges our clients face in the different geographies where they operate, aggregating these needs - to create and develop solutions at a global level. Product Design • Apply or consider technology, innovation, and market trends in order to create or design new products for our existing and prospective clients., • Experience or comfort with one or all of the following: APIs, Blockchain, Digital Assets, Artificial Intelligence, and platform‑based products, Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) - a strong preference. Experience with regulation as it relates to payments, capital treatment, etc. - also nice to have. Product Execution / Delivery • Ability to execute end-to-end new product delivery - including but not limited to ideation, business case, global strategy, funding request, book of work management (coordination, oversight with COO), new product approval (compliance and legal approach), oversight of execution and implementation, go-to-market strategy - with Origination teams (GAO, RAO, LAO), B&CF teams, clients, geographies, and wider SCIB stakeholders. Product Measurement and In-life Performance • Management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; aggregating information and data to a global level, and using it to drive decisions regarding product evolution, modification and capex requests. Origination & Product Collaboration • Strong collaboration with Origination teams (both Corporate and Financial institutions)., • Building and prioritization of product development pipeline., • Support with approach for clients (material, meetings, events). Professional Experience • Product Owner / product management experience essential (3 years in product role) - Required., • Experience in field of banking / finance / technology - Required., • Experience in Corporate and investment banking products - Preferred., • Experience with platform business models - Preferred., • Experience and understanding of emerging and existing technologies: APIs, AI, Blockchain - Preferred. Education • Bachelors degree - Required. Languages • English fluency in speaking / writing (C1 level or higher) - Required.
