This role requires using knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions that improve operational results and eliminate problems. The Specialist will build strong partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, and contribute to fostering talent by coaching others in current or future roles. This individual will drive results through high standards, a keen focus on key priorities, strong organization, and by preparing others for technological changes. This position manages projects and processes independently, working with limited supervision, and provides leadership and guidance to other professionals and support staff, ensuring the adoption of best practices and strategic alignment. /p pbMain Accountabilities: /b /p ul liLead the design, architecture, and implementation of sophisticated monitoring solutions for enterprise-level applications, infrastructure, and cloud services to ensure proactive identification of performance degradation and availability issues. /li liDevelop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and tools, leveraging scripting and orchestration platforms to significantly reduce manual intervention, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in IT operations. /li liManage small to medium projects of moderate to significant complexity related to monitoring and automation initiatives, taking full ownership from conception through delivery and post-implementation review. /li liConduct in-depth analysis of system performance data, logs, and metrics to identify root causes of complex problems, anticipate future needs, and recommend strategic improvements to system architecture and operational processes. /li liContribute significantly to process improvements within the Business Technology department, leveraging expertise in monitoring and automation to refine existing procedures and establish new best practices. /li liProvide expert-level guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to less experienced team members and other IT professionals on monitoring tools, automation techniques, and operational excellence. /li liCollaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Development, Operations, Security, and Business units, to integrate monitoring and automation into the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and operational workflows. /li liEnsure the monitoring and automation infrastructure adheres to security standards, compliance requirements, and corporate governance policies, contributing to audit readiness and risk mitigation. /li /ul pbEducation/Experience: /b /p ul liBachelor's degree (a Master's degree may be preferred) with 11-14 years of position-related experience in IT monitoring, automation engineering, or a related infrastructure discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience level. /li liExpert-level knowledge of enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch). /li liExtensive experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). /li liStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native monitoring/automation services. /li liAdvanced knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization) and application architectures. /li liFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices monitoring. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues. /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence technical decisions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
