Job Offer. Product Growth Activation Manager (Product-first growth role) Mission Turn sign-ups into active, retained users. Own the first minutes, the first sessions, and the moment where Memorae becomes indispensable. This role exists to make activation predictable, measurable, and compounding. Why this role exists Memorae does not win on acquisition alone. It wins when users reach value fast, trust the product, and build habits. Activation is the bottleneck. This role owns that bottleneck end-to-end. What you will own Activation as a system • Define and own activation metrics: Aha Moment, Time-to-Value, Activation Rate., • Decide what “activated” truly means for Memorae, based on behavior, not opinions., • Design, test, and ship onboarding flows across product, email, WhatsApp, and push., • Remove friction in the first sessions until value is unavoidable., • Work directly with Product and Engineering to ship activation improvements., • Translate data into concrete product and UX changes., • Run continuous activation and early retention experiments., • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and drop-offs with rigor., • Optimize for learning velocity, not vanity metrics. Success metrics you own • Activation Rate., • Time-to-Value reduction., • Day-1, Day-7, Day-30 retention., • Engagement depth in first sessions., • Experiment throughput and validated learnings. What success looks like After 30 days • Clear, shared definition of activation and Aha Moment., • First onboarding and activation improvements shipped., • Activation trending up with proven levers., • A repeatable activation system in place., • Product and Engineering aligned around activation priorities. Required profile • 3+ years in Product Growth, Activation, or Lifecycle roles., • Strong product analytics mindset., • Proven experience designing and shipping onboarding or activation experiments., • Ability to convert data into product and UX decisions., • Comfortable working hands-on with engineers and product managers. Nice to have • Experience in AI, assistants, or productivity products., • Hands-on with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar., • Understanding of behavioral design and habit-forming systems.
