Your contributions will have a profound impact on patients’ lives in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSite qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management, and study close‑out visits. /li liProvide mentoring and guidance to less experienced CRAs and site staff when needed. /li liDocument site visit findings via written reports. /li liAssess, monitor, and train study site staff on protocol adherence. /li liReview study subject safety information and informed consent. /li liConduct source document verification for compliance, patient safety, and data veracity. /li liReview CRFs using paper or electronic data capture systems and assist sites with data query resolution. /li liProvide applicable updates for site‑related documentation for filing in the Trial Master File (TMF). /li liEnsure site compliance with IP receipt, accountability, and return or destruction. /li liConduct accompanied site visits for assessment or training of other CRAs as requested and appropriate. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To The Role /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. /li liSuperior organizational skills with attention to detail. /li liAbility to work with little or no supervision. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC systems. /li /ul h3Your Experience /h3 ul li2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. /li li4‑year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing. /li liExperience in Oncology, Hematology and Neurology is required. /li liWillingness to travel required. /li /ul pWorldwide is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to enabling professionals from all backgrounds and experiences to succeed and, to that end, we prioritize attracting diverse talent and cultivating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
