The Opportunity We’re seeking a Sales Specialist – Galicia & Asturias to join Yoann’s team in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to: • Drive market expansion in Spain., • Work in a multicultural, fast‑growing environment., • Contribute directly to environmental preservation., • Develop professionally in a modern, purpose‑driven organization. Key Responsibilities • Attend and develop the contacts and sales. All councils should be visited or in contact (at least lead contact)., • Work on tenders to ensure FL is included (essential to explain to the technical teams for councils or external parties the importance of the technical aspects when they are drafting tenders)., • Organize and attend events in the dedicated area and visits to the factory. Business Development (80%) • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing., • Generate and qualify leads., • Organize visits and conduct meetings with key decision‑makers., • Prepare and negotiate proposals., • Prepare tenders., • Secure contracts to meet revenue targets., • Send maximum information to the technical department to execute studies., • Create a database with installers and engineers and stay in contact with them to develop the Fonroche brand and sales in the dedicated area. Market Presence (20%) • Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs., • Organize and participate in networking events., • Build relationships with key influencers., • Enhance company reputation in Spain. Additional Responsibilities • Manage and grow existing client relationships., • Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting., • Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery., • Represent the company at industry events. What You Can Bring To Us • Bachelor’s degree., • 3‑4 years of relevant experience., • Experience in B2G/B2B sales for industrial products., • Experience managing sales agent networks., • Spanish and English or French conversational proficiency., • Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region.
