Standards and Procedures Specialist Purpose of the Role Provide technical support to the Madrid HUB and IB DOT regarding Standards, Operating Procedures, audits and training. Compliance processes with security, safety and customs regulations. RSO of MAD Hub for the Airport Authority. Main interface between MAD Hub Operations and risk prevention delegates. Key milestones & challenge • Support in preparing and updating the Madrid Cargo Terminal Accredited Agent Security Program., • AVSEC RA and AVSEC LA instructor, • Audits: Attend internal & external audits and Custom’s inspections, especially on safety, security and training., • Cargo procedures: Define and implement Cargo operations procedures along with IAG Cargo Compliance and Iberia in order to achieve alignment between the IAG Operating Companies., • Support in improving Cargo Operations facilities. Accountabilities • Maintain and provide continuous improvement of IB/SOUTH/IAG Cargo Standard Operational Procedures., • Provide support to Madrid Hub and operations organization regarding local procedures, safety and security procedures, eCSDs, etc…, • Support in preparing safety and security packs for IAG Cargo Safety and Security Boards., • Update Cargo operations procedures according to national and international regulations., • Update training plans for Cargo operations., • Align Madrid Hub Operational processes with LHR and DUB Hub., • Improve Health & Safety and environmental procedures., • One of focal points for environment and sustainability issues regarding cargo., • One of focal points for relations with Customs and Border Inspection Post issues regarding Cargo., • Focal point in risk prevention., • Technical Unit email management attending requirement related to acceptance of shipments with overhang, acceptance of arms and ammunition, acceptance of DG by passenger in IB flights, etc… Key measures • Provide daily support to the Madrid cargo operation aligned with local standards, procedures and Spanish regulations., • Deliverables regarding Safety and Security Packs, environmental, Cargo Procedures, audits and related requirements. Education & skills • Educated to degree in Aeronautical Management., • Fluent in Spanish and English, • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in Spanish and English, • Proficient user of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills, • Self-motivated, takes ownership and responsibility for making things happen, • Develops and maintains relationships across various teams, • Good team working skills, • Analytical, able to identify high-level trends and key factors as well as maintain attention to detail, • Displays confidence and resilience, demonstrating energy to achieve results and delivering on commitments, • Able to proactively and constructively challenge at all levels, • Able to priorities competing demand to deliver best value to the team and business

We’re looking for a Junior Flight Dispatcher to join our team in Lleida. This role is about helping organize and support daily training flights for student pilots. You won’t be flying planes, but you’ll help make sure everything around the flights runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with instructors, maintenance, and operations teams, learn how flight training is organized, and support day-to-day activities at the training centre. This is a good starting role if you’re interested in aviation operations, coordination, or logistics and want to learn step by step. BAA Training operates internationally, with offices in Lithuania, Spain, France, Vietnam and India. Our environment is international, structured, and fast-moving, but you’ll be supported and trained as you grow into the role. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover: Support planning of the daily training flight schedule. Check that flights are properly prepared before departure and follow established rules and procedures. Assist with flight preparation tasks, including checking weather conditions, airport status, and flight timing. Monitor daily flight operations and help manage changes caused by weather, operational constraints, or schedule updates. Coordinate with instructors, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure smooth daily activities. Work closely with the Maintenance team to support aircraft availability. Track aircraft usage and help ensure flight-hour records are accurate and up to date. Support instructor scheduling and working time tracking. Assist with practical ground tasks, including pushing aircraft on the apron and supporting aircraft refueling, always following safety instructions and procedures. Update internal systems with information related to flights and student training progress. Use company IT systems to monitor and support daily operations. Participate in short daily team meetings. Work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays (40 hours per week). Carry out other tasks assigned by your manager, in line with approved company processes.
