Responsibilities • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement, • Manage and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, video producers), • Lead italki’s global social media presence (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), • Oversee PR activities and manage media communications when needed, • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Service, SEO/GEO, Content, CRM) to ensure brand consistency, • Create authentic stories that connect italki users, teachers, and language learners, • Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, language creators, and media Requirements • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with proficiency at C2 level., • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or social media management, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • Strong creative and storytelling skills, • Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms, • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture branding with on-the-ground execution Plus • Experience in the language learning/education industry preferred, • Background as a language teacher, language learner, or polyglot is a strong plus, • Prefer a strong entrepreneurial mindset
