Since 2013, we have been making financial services more accessible through simple, fast, and responsible lending solutions. Today we serve over 300,000 customers with credit card and consumer loan products, and we are actively expanding into new markets. We are looking for an Expansion Manager based in our Madrid office to coordinate and support the end-to-end process of entering new markets — from initial research and legal assessment to vendor setup, operational launch, and early-stage market support. YOUR IMPACT Coordinate the full lifecycle of a new market entry — analyze, set up, launch, and stabilize. You will work closely with senior leadership and functional directors across the Group, as well as with external partners needed to make a new market operational. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Analysis & Selection • Conduct structured analysis of potential markets, covering legal and regulatory environment, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, and unit economics, • Support business case preparation for market selection decisions by senior leadership Legal & Regulatory Coordination • Coordinate with local and international law firms regarding legal and licensing requirements, where applicable, • Support legal and regulatory workstreams through to market readiness Vendor Selection & Setup • Coordinate vendor evaluation and onboarding processes together with internal stakeholders and functional experts, • Support tender processes and commercial negotiations with payment processors, lending software providers, card personalization centers, credit bureaus, collections agencies, and external legal and accounting firms, • Coordinate communication and project execution between vendors and internal teams Operational Setup & Launch • Coordinate entity establishment and local bank account opening, • Support the implementation of onboarding processes and operational workflows, • Coordinate the setup activities required for launch readiness across different teams and external partners, • Assist in recruiting and onboarding the first local team members Post-Launch Coordination • Support and coordinate local operations after launch until the local team reaches operational independence, • Track key launch activities and ensure smooth coordination between HQ, local teams, and external vendors YOUR PROFILE • 5+ years of experience in multinational environments, working on international expansion, operational setup, or cross-border projects, • Background in fintech, consumer lending, credit cards, payments, banking, telecom, retail expansion, or other operationally intensive international businesses, • Experience coordinating legal, compliance, operational, or vendor-related workstreams, • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities and stakeholders, • Comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, • Fluency in English required, • Spanish is considered a strong advantage, • Willingness to travel internationally WHAT WE VALUE • Structured execution and ownership mentality, • · Ability to coordinate complex operational activities across multiple stakeholders, • Pragmatic problem-solving and adaptability, • Attention to detail in operational, legal, and contractual matters, • Ability to work independently and drive progress in ambiguous situations WHY JOIN US • Be part of launching new international markets from day one, • Work closely with senior leadership in a high-visibility international role, • Join a fintech with a proven track record across Europe and the Americas, • Hybrid working model from our Madrid office, • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as markets scale Please submit your CV in English.
