ph3At ING we are looking for Accounting Reporting Expert /h3 h3Your role and work environment: /h3 pWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic bAccounting reporting Expert /b to join our bBudget, accounting reconciliation /b Team of COO Office. /p pThe responsibility of this team is to reconcile all the accounts related to process we have in our COO Domain while the way of working is based on Azure to manage our priorities and capacity the best way possible. /p h3Your key responsibilities: /h3 pAs an Accounting reporting expert you will: /p ul liBalance of the daily settlement of transactions such as transfers (SEPA SWIFTS), Checks, Bizum, Twyp others ensuring the conformity of the amount /li liAnalysis and resolution of localized differences in the daily settlement /li liInventory of several products such as mortgages loans with their respective quote’s conciliation /li liDetection and monitoring of the operations involved in the process /li liSupport to process owners any relevant accounting difference /li liReport closing balances to finance justifying any relevant difference with their risk threshold. /li liParticipate internal projects defining requirements to maintain the operative and testing results /li /ul pWhile contributing to improvements in our actual processes to decrease the amount of manual load and become a team more dedicated to analysis. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWant to know if this job is made for you? If you look at yourself in the mirror and your reflection matches our way of being and working… we are looking forward to meeting you! /p h3En ING estamos buscando un/a Accounting Reporting Expert /h3 h3Tu rol y entorno de trabajo: /h3 pEstamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse como Accounting Reporting Expert en el equipo de Budget, Accounting Reconciliation del COO Office. /p pLa responsabilidad de este equipo es conciliar todas las cuentas relacionadas con los procesos que tenemos en nuestro dominio COO, mientras que nuestra forma de trabajar se basa en Azure para gestionar nuestras prioridades y capacidad de la mejor manera posible. /p h3Tus principales responsabilidades: /h3 pComo Accounting Reporting Expert, tus funciones serán: /p ul liBalance del settlement diario de transacciones como transferencias (SEPA SWIFTS), cheques, Bizum, Twyp y otras, asegurando la conformidad del importe. /li liAnálisis y resolución de diferencias localizadas en el settlement diario. /li liInventario de varios productos como hipotecas y préstamos con su respectiva conciliación de cuotas. /li liDetección y seguimiento de las operaciones implicadas en el proceso. /li liApoyo a las personas responsables de procesos ante cualquier diferencia contable relevante. /li liReporte de saldos de cierre a Finanzas, justificando cualquier diferencia relevante con su umbral de riesgo. /li liParticipación en proyectos internos definiendo requisitos para mantener la operativa y testear resultados. /li /ul pTodo ello contribuyendo a la mejora de nuestros procesos actuales para reducir la carga manual y convertirnos en un equipo más enfocado al análisis. /p h3¿Qué estamos buscando? /h3 p¿Quieres saber si este puesto está hecho para ti?
