Our client is a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce brand with multiple hero products that they are scaling aggressively. The business thrives on paid media driving customer acquisition and revenue through platforms like Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, YouTube, Applovin, Pinterest, Taboola, and Reddit. They are looking for a Head of Performance to take their growth to the next level. Why Join Us • Own the performance strategy of a rapidly scaling 8-figure DTC brand., • Manage high-budget campaigns with ad spends of up to $100K per day., • Work with a top-tier team including a Creative Director, CRO specialists, and retention marketing experts. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead a multiplatform paid media strategy (Meta, Applovin, Google, YouTube, and others)., • Manage daily budgets of $50K-$100K on Meta while maintaining strong ROAS, CPA, and CAC targets., • Collaborate with the CRO lead to optimize the full funnel, including ads, landing pages, checkout, and upsells., • Identify conversion drop-off points and rapidly test new landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell sequences., • Work closely with the Creative Director and video editors to continuously refine ad creatives and landing pages., • Manage and mentor a performance team (CRO, funnel optimization, paid media buyers)., • Align with the Fractional VP of Growth and senior leadership on strategic goals and KPIs., • Implement advanced tracking and attribution models (pixels, event triggers, third-party solutions)., • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CAC, new customer acquisition, funnel conversion rates., • Identify new paid channels to expand into (Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, Taboola, etc.)., • Recommend and implement structural improvements within the marketing team. • Proven success in high-volume paid acquisition for major U.S. DTC brands., • Advanced knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, scaling, and optimization techniques., • Comfortable handling $50K-$100K/day ad spend profitably., • Strong grasp of tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics., • Experience in landing page optimization, checkout flows, and upsell testing., • Experience managing performance teams and collaborating with creative & retention teams., • ROAS & CPA: Scale daily ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS and efficient CPA., • New Customer Growth: Increase profitable new customer acquisition volume., • Funnel Conversion Rates: Improve key funnel metrics through data-driven optimization., • Leadership & Team Growth: Establish performance frameworks and lead a high-impact team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
