Buscamos incorporar un/a Performance & Content Lead que lidere la estrategia de captación y comunicación digital de la compañía. El objetivo será impulsar la generación de leads cualificados a través de campañas de pago y una presencia estratégica en redes sociales, especialmente LinkedIn. Funciones • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de comunicación digital, asegurando que el posicionamiento y los valores de la compañía se reflejen en los distintos canales online., • Diseñar y optimizar campañas de performance marketing orientadas a generación de leads B2B, principalmente en Google Ads y LinkedIn Ads., • Liderar la estrategia de contenidos, especialmente en LinkedIn, identificando historias y proyectos que conecten con el público objetivo., • Coordinar la generación de contenido visual y narrativo relacionado con proyectos y obras, reforzando la autoridad de la marca en el sector., • Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y acciones de marketing digital, evaluando métricas clave como coste por lead, conversión y rendimiento de campañas., • Traducir los datos de campañas en decisiones estratégicas de negocio orientadas a mejorar la captación y el posicionamiento., • Colaborar con distintos equipos internos para asegurar la coherencia entre la comunicación, el negocio y los proyectos desarrollados. Requisitos • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en marketing digital, comunicación o roles similares., • Experiencia demostrable en gestión de campañas de performance marketing, especialmente en Google Ads y LinkedIn Ads., • Experiencia en generación de leads y estrategias de captación B2B., • Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias de contenido y comunicación, especialmente en LinkedIn., • Fuerte capacidad analítica para interpretar métricas y optimizar campañas., • Experiencia previa en entornos de agencia o gestionando múltiples cuentas o proyectos será valorada positivamente., • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con diferentes equipos., • Perfil proactivo, con atención al detalle y orientación a resultados., • Residencia en Barcelona, necesaria para coordinar la generación de contenido en proyectos y obras.
