We’re looking for someone who embodies quiet confidence and natural elegance to welcome guests, maintain flow, and ensure every detail feels effortless—from fresh towels to perfect timing. Responsibilities: • Welcome and guide guests with warmth and discretion, • Oversee check-ins, bookings, and light admin, • Prepare and reset the space between sessions, • Support events, partnerships, and community moments, • Keep the studio pristine, calm, and harmonious You are: • Naturally elegant, composed, and emotionally intelligent, • Experienced in hospitality, wellness, or F&B, • Sensitive to atmosphere, aesthetics, and detail, • Hands-on and adaptable—no task beneath you, • Fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus), • Available on weekends and flexible with hours Bonus: • Background in boutique hotels, spas, or luxury retail, • Passion for wellness, design, or fashion, • Education in hospitality (EHL, Les Roches, etc.)

Reports to the business owner. The store manager oversees all aspects of the shop by ensuring all operations run smoothly, excellent customer service and strong sales performance. This is a hands-on role in a small retail environment, requiring both leadership and day-to-day sales involvement. Key Responsibilities Includes: • Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and denim expertise., • Manage and motivate sales assistants, including scheduling and training., • Oversees daily store operations: sales, inventory, merchandising and cash handling., • Monitor stock levels, place reorders, and manage supplier relations., • Implement visual merchandising that reflects the store's brand identity., • Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the owner., • Handle customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years of retail management experience or supervisory experience (fashion /denim preferred)., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities., • Knowledge of retail KPI's and ability to drive sales., • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion retail.
