Descripción del empleo Buscamos Lounge Manager que gestione las salas VIP dentro del aeropuerto, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio de DO & CO. Dentro de sus funciones están: Gestionar la comunicación con el cliente y atender a todas sus necesidades, tratando de mejorar continuamente la experiencia. Diseñar, planificar e implementar acciones mensuales (eventos en salas). Formar y gestionar al equipo para asegurar la entrega de resultados tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene. Asegurar la operativa de catering con los recursos disponibles para lograr los objetivos. Realizar pruebas de producto en sala, para asegurar el cumplimiento de lo acordado con el cliente. Dirigir y evaluar al equipo, verificando que están desarrollando bien sus funciones y ofreciéndoles guía, apoyo y motivación cuando la situación lo requiera. Implementar mejoras continuas para optimizar la operación y la satisfacción del cliente. Innovar en la oferta de menús y servicios, adaptándolos a las preferencias de los clientes Requisitos Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en un puesto similar, dentro del sector HORECA, Retail, Gran Consumo, Catering y/ restauración. Formación preferiblemente en Grado de ADE, Hostelería o similar Persona dinámica y organizada con capacidad de liderazgo, gestión y negociación. Nivel de inglés alto (C1).
