La oficina de Randstad Logística Madrid Sur necesita seleccionar una persona para ocupar el puesto de "Auxiliar administrativo" para incorporarse en una importante empresa logística ubicada en Villaverde. Funciones del puesto: Se encargará de contratar y negociar los transportes de la empresa, realizar el seguimiento de las entregas a nuestros clientes y la recepción de pedidos. Gestionar las incidencias derivadas de las entregas. Coordinar con las diferentes plataformas logísticas y llevar a cabo todo el proceso documental para poder realizar las entregas (confeccionar los albaranes y las etiquetas con los datos facilitados por nuestros clientes), chequear las facturas de transportes. Se encargará de gestionar con los centros comerciales (Carrefour, Eci, etc¿) los montajes de espacios coordinando las fechas con los responsables de los mismos. Asumirá la gestión documental en las diferentes plataformas para que puedan acceder los montadores (Ctaima, Ucageci, Dokify, etc.. Requisitos: Residente en la zona sur de Madrid Proactiva, organizada, resolutiva y atenta al detalle Gestión de plataformas digitales (transportes) Habilidades comunicativas (tendrá que hablar constantemente con los responsables de planta de los centros por lo que el trato con ellos tendrá que ser fluido Trabajo en equipo (tendrá que trabajar mano a mano con el Dpto. de producción) Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas) y acostumbrada a trabajar con ERP (SAP, Navision...) Entendimiento de conceptos financieros básicos de costes y presupuestos.
