Fuengirola
The floor is our responsibility, and we take it seriously. We’re looking for someone who wants to be at the centre of it — not managing from the outside, but working from within. What the job involves • You wait tables, run plates, take orders — the floor work is your work, not something you delegate, • You have an eye for the whole service — you see what’s missing, what’s off, what needs adjusting, and you act on it without being told, • When the team needs direction, you give it — naturally, without drama, • You communicate with management. What’s working, what isn’t — you make it simple and direct, • You handle the basics: reservations, coordination, whatever the service needs to run well, • You’re comfortable with the tools — POS and whatever the job requires What we’re looking for • Someone who leads by being present — not from the sidelines, but in the middle of service, • Good with people. Guests first, always, • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — both, properly, • Organised without that being the only thing they bring, • Comfortable with technology — nothing complicated, just functional, • No ego about the work.
