Lead and manage daily restaurant operations: Ensure the smooth running of the outlet, maintaining luxury standards in service, quality, and presentation at all times. • Drive departmental performance: Take ownership of KPIs, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant profitability. • Maximize F&B sales through promotions, dining experiences, and upselling to increase average check and profitability. • Manage budgets and inventories: Inspire Supervisors and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. • Engage with guests, handle complaints effectively, and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times. • Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B Leadership to ensure seamless operations. • Support activations and special events: Contribute to dining experiences, events, and lifestyle concepts that enhance the hotel’s positioning and generate additional revenue. Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred). • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or high-end restaurant environments. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Commercial mindset with solid knowledge of the F&B market. • Analytical skills to manage KPIs, revenue, and cost control. • Fluency in English and Spanish. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
