Our DNA is clear: • Performance first, • Measurable results, • High standards and strong accountability THE ROLE The Director of New Business & Revenue – Lead Generation (B2C / B2B / US Expansion) is a senior commercial leader responsible for taking VMP to the next level of scale and performance. This is not a role for a passive manager. We are looking for a high-impact leader who can: • structure a high-performing commercial organization,, • ignite teams and push them to outperform themselves, MISSION To build and lead a scalable, predictable, high-performance revenue engine that: • maximizes B2C lead generation growth,, • successfully launches a B2B lead generation business,, • establishes VMP as a credible and competitive player in the US market,, • and elevates teams by setting a high bar and driving collective momentum. Leadership & Team Management (Core Dimension of the Role) • Lead, structure, and grow commercial and business teams, • Create a strong performance culture, where objectives, KPIs, and accountability are crystal clear, • Set a demanding yet motivating framework that pushes teams to deliver, • Know how to challenge, coach, course-correct, and elevate individuals, • Build an environment where performance is expected, tracked, and celebrated NEW BUSINESS & REVENUE GROWTH • Optimize acquisition and closing funnels in close collaboration with media and delivery teams, • Continuously improve deal quality, margins, and revenue predictability, • Ensure strong alignment between commercial promises and operational delivery, • Drive speed, execution excellence, and continuous improvement We are looking for a proven commercial leader, not a promising junior.
