Key Responsibilities Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Conduct detailed keyword research, market analysis, and segmentation to uncover high-value opportunities Build structured testing frameworks to refine bidding strategies, creatives, and audience paths Analyze campaign performance with clarity, turning insights into strategic actions that strengthen results Collaborate closely with creative, brand, and analytics teams to ensure campaign harmony and messaging consistency Oversee daily pacing, budgets, and KPI management with transparency and ownership Stay informed on platform updates, automation shifts, and evolving industry standards Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success Strong analytical ability with a talent for identifying patterns, diagnosing challenges, and offering thoughtful solutions Clear, articulate communication skills — both concise and confidently delivered A self-directed working style suited to a remote environment Solid understanding of search intent, bidding mechanics, conversions, and funnel strategy More than technical skill, we value individuals with integrity, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to their craft.
