El/la Ejecutivo/a de Ventas Corporate será responsable de la captación, gestión y fidelización de cuentas corporativas, con el objetivo de maximizar los ingresos por alojamiento y servicios asociados (restauración, salas de reuniones, eventos corporativos), garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de la cadena hotelera en el segmento Business Travel. The Role of Bell Attendant: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant is also in charge of park guest car. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation. Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups. Park guest car with a maximum level of care. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE CAR LICENCE Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance. Here's a brief definition in English: ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Definition of the Marketing & Communication Plan for Outlets Establishment of the Marketing & Communication plan. Plan creation. Plan monitoring. Plan adaptation throughout the year. Branding and Concept Ensure visual and conceptual consistency for each outlet. Development of all stationery and communication/marketing materials required for each restaurant. Digital Communication Supervise publications, materials, and shootings. Control monthly publication calendars. Coordinate with agencies and the e-commerce team. Optimize presence on key platforms (websites, Google Business Profile, reservations). PR Coordinate the PR plan of each outlet’s hotel. Draft/Review press releases. Organize national and international press trips to promote the restaurant. Hosting: receiving journalists and influencers. Development of gifts for clients or press. Collaborate on national and international Press Trips organized by BU or RO where the hotel, and therefore the restaurant, is promoted. Campaigns and Activations Ensure proper implementation of promotions and events. Analysis and Visibility Establish KPIs, track them, and consolidate reports. Verify updates of websites, apps, and basic SEO. Analyze competition and digital trends. Regional and Cross-Functional Coordination Align the strategy of the different outlets under a unified brand vision. Share best practices among hotels and ensure consistency across all markets. Management of Suppliers and External Agencies Select, coordinate, and follow up with PR, social media, and design agencies. Validate deliverables and ensure compliance with timings and budgets. Budget and Reporting Establish the annual budget of each restaurant in collaboration with the GM, Revenue, and F&B department. Control the assigned marketing investment. Our work appears in over 300 stadiums globally and features alongside giants like Real Madrid CF, Paris Saint-Germain F.C., FC Bayern Munich, Adidas, Heineken, and Mastercard. We’re looking for a Motion Designer with strong skills in both 2D and 3D to help bring branded stadium content to life. You’ll work across the full spectrum — from designing clean motion graphics in Adobe After Effects to creating and animating 3D elements in Cinema 4D. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, moves comfortably between 2D and 3D workflows, and loves working on polished brand-driven motion. Job requirements What You’ll Do: Create motion design content for stadium LED screens and brand activations, combining 2D and 3D techniques. Animate type, graphics, and 3D objects in After Effects and Cinema 4D. Translate static brand assets into dynamic motion sequences. Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and producers to build cohesive, high-quality work. Maintain clean, well-structured project files and follow delivery specs for signage environments. Support both creative and technical execution in fast-paced production cycles. What We’re Looking For Must-haves: Strong motion design skills in After Effects. Good working knowledge of Cinema 4D — modeling, texturing, animation. Understanding of design principles (layout, typography, timing, colour). Ability to work with brand guidelines and keep output polished and consistent. Versatility — comfortable taking on a range of creative challenges. Good communication skills (fluency in written & spoken English). Nice to have: Experience with lighting and rendering in C4D (e.g. Redshift or similar engines). Familiarity with multi-pass workflows and basic compositing. Experience in sports, digital signage, or broadcast environments. Comfort with versioning templates or toolkits. Why Join Us?
