As Senior Martech Expert, you will drive the vision, prioritization, and delivery of the bank’s digital online data foundation within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The role ensures that online digital data is accurately collected, governed, and made available for measurement and activation, while offline data is consumed in CJA and leveraged for audience creation in collaboration with other teams. This is a technical Product Owner role, leading a squad of data collection, activation, and analytics specialists, and acting as a key enabler for Growth, Marketing, and Digital teams. You will operate at the intersection of data, technology, and strategic use cases, ensuring the data ecosystem (AEP, RTCDP, CJA, Tag Management, consent, and integrations) supports scalable measurement and activation readiness. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and transversal environment, collaborating closely with Marketing, Growth squads, IT, Digital Sales, Paid Media, Data, DPO/DPE and external vendors. The role requires strong prioritization, stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value. You will be part of the Growth Tribe, working as a key enabler squad for multiple product and business teams, leveraging Agile methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities: As Senior Martech Expert, you will: • Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Squad, balancing business demand, technical sustainability and long‑term scalability of the digital data ecosystem., • Lead the prioritization of transversal initiatives related to data collection, data quality, governance, activation and analytics adoption., • Ensure accurate and reliable data collection across web, app and other digital touchpoints, including tagging, event definition, schemas and datasets., • Drive the adoption and evolution of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) as the bank’s core digital analytics solution, including the transition from Adobe Analytics., • Enable data activation use cases through RTCDP and integrations with paid media, owned media and personalization platforms (e.g. Adobe Target)., • Ensure proper online data governance, consent management and compliance in collaboration with DPO/DPE, Legal and IT teams., • Act as a key interface between business teams and highly technical profiles, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations and delivery., • Manage dependencies and alignment with multiple squads and stakeholders (Acquisition, Performance, Digital Sales, IT, Native App teams, etc.)., • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize data flows, reduce technical debt, improve data quality and control platform costs., • Define and track KPIs related to data quality, adoption, reliability and delivery performance of the squad., • Serve as escalation point for data‑related incidents and prioritization conflicts, ensuring transparency and fast resolution., • Evolve and optimize the MarTech stack, ensuring its continuous evolution and that ING Spain fully leverages the value of all available tools., • Act as the Product Owner of the AEP Data squad, owning and prioritizing the backlog in alignment with business value and technical constraints., • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with data and engineering specialists., • Lead Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives)., • Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of features, improvements and fixes., • Communicate progress, risks and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership., • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data, digital, marketing technology or a related field., • Solid experience as Product Owner or similar role in data‑driven or technical environments., • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem (AEP, RTCDP, CJA, Web SDK, Tag Management)., • Experience working with digital analytics, data collection, customer data platforms and activation use cases., • Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical profiles (data engineers, analysts, platform specialists)., • Good understanding of data privacy, consent management and regulatory constraints (GDPR)., • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills in complex, transversal environments., • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business impact., • Comfortable operating in environments with high ambiguity and evolving scope.
