About the role Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a passionate People & Culture Supervisor to join the team. The People and Culture Supervisor is expected to be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner. This position is responsible for the employee hiring process, employee relations and all the processes involved aiming to guarantee an exceptional employee hiring experience. What you will do Contracts communication and management. Control contracts end date and liaise communication in between departments and finance Manage end of contracts: exit interviews & communication between departments. Employees sick leave management Follow up work related accidents with work insurance company and employees Review vacation and festive report, ensure systems are updated and accurate Risk Prevention Management – liaise with Risk Prevention External Company Support all internal and external inquiries or requests and serve as point of contact with employees and Managers. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of People and Culture Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and departmental reports Contracts Management Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. Produce and submit reports on general activity. Training and support for departmental Managers in the use of systems, work calendars, procedures, etc Drafting and stablish procedures and manuals according as needed Participation in departmental labor meetings and manage the necessary adjustments and changes Monitoring performance evaluations, satisfaction surveys and action plans Participation in departmental briefings Keep up-to-date with the latest People and Culture trends and best practices. What you bring 2 years of experience in the same position. Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.     Buscamos un/a Operador/a de Maquinaria de Perforación de Pilotes experimentado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo. La posición tiene base en Madrid, con requerimientos de movilidad para operar en obras a nivel nacional. Responsabilidades principales: • Operar maquinaria de perforación hidráulica sobre orugas (30–45 TM), incluyendo modelos como MAIT HR 130, IMT AF/140, P90 o equivalentes., • Ejecutar pilotes utilizando sistemas de rotación (CPI-4 y CPI-7) y barrena continua (CFA – CPI-8)., • Controlar los parámetros de perforación y asegurar la máxima calidad en la ejecución de los trabajos., • Cumplir estrictamente con las normas de seguridad, procedimientos técnicos y estándares de obra establecidos., • Coordinarse eficazmente con el equipo de obra y mantener un trato profesional y directo con los clientes en campo. Requisitos: • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 a 5 años como operador/a de maquinaria de pilotes., • Conocimiento práctico y sólido en sistemas de perforación CPI (CPI4, CPI7, CPI8 / CFA)., • Habilidad y experiencia en el manejo de maquinaria sobre orugas de gran porte., • Se valorará especialmente:, • Conocimientos en mecánica e hidráulica para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y solucionar incidencias menores., • Experiencia en diversas condiciones de terreno y en la ejecución de obras de cimentaciones especiales. Competencias clave: • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar con autonomía en la obra., • Gran sentido de la responsabilidad y fuerte orientación a la seguridad., • Disponibilidad para viajar y flexibilidad horaria para adaptarse a las necesidades del proyecto., • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con el cliente., • Capacidad probada para trabajar en equipo en entornos exigentes.
