NPI Manager Location: Granollers Term: Fixed-Term Contract About the Role: Are you an experienced project management professional with a passion for delivering new product introductions and cost optimisations? This role involves coordinating project timelines, analysing product and marketing requirements, managing product cost calculations, and supporting pre-launch activities to ensure successful product implementation. The Ideal Candidate: Experience: • Relevant experience in supply project management or product introduction, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG industries., • Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines for new product launches., • Familiarity with product cost optimisation, formulation coordination, and supplier collaboration. Skills: • Strong analytical and financial acumen with a solution-oriented approach., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1-C2 level)., • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); ERP and change control knowledge advantageous. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline., • 3-5 years of relevant experience is desirable, but potential is also valued. Key Responsibilities: • Analyse marketing and category requirements to coordinate product acceptance and implementation at the Factory., • Collect and analyse data for new product development processes and optimise implementation solutions., • Monitor product change projects to ensure alignment with project timelines and marketing assumptions., • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage actions to introduce or modify products at the Factory., • Manage product cost calculations and supplier RFQs in coordination with RD and Central Procurement., • Support marketing departments with pre-launch activities and artwork approvals., • Implement ideas to optimise product formulas, packaging, and conversion costs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
