ppAn important multinational group in the chemical sector, based in Vallès Oriental, needs to incorporate a Labour Relations Lawyer Global HR Projects Manager. /ppReporting to the HR Group Director, his/her mission will be to ensure the correct management of labour relations by acting as an internal reference in terms of policies, processes and regulatory compliance, as well as leading strategic HR projects at a global level. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain a direct relationship with the Works Council and trade union representatives for the management of Labour Relations. /liliNegotiate agreements and social dialogue processes. /liliBe responsible for the management of dismissals, retirements, attendance at CMACs and lawsuits in front of the Social Jurisdiction. /liliEnsure Salary Records and Audits. /liliProvide labour legal advice to internal clients. /liliEnsure compliance with current labour legislation. /liliLead and manage strategic Human Resources projects at a global level (e.g. B Corp, new sites, ...). /liliConduct internal and external labour audits (local, multisite, etc.). /liliGather General Employee Surveys (Satisfaction, JEDI...). /liliControl Absenteeism / Turnover / Zero accidents / Work environment. /liliResearch related to the Code of Ethics. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProfessional with strategic thinking and global vision of the business. Ability to negotiate and influence with diverse interlocutors. Skills for conflict resolution. Relationship and communication skills at all levels and to manage complex projects. Results-oriented and analytical skills. Adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing environments. High level of confidentiality and professional judgment. /liliA Bachelor's Degree in Law is essential. Additional specialization training in Labor Law or Labor Relations is a plus. /liliSolid knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining and dispute management. /liliEnglish proficient is mandatory (oral and written). /liliIdeally, consolidated professional experience in the field of labour relations, acquired in a specialized firm and, subsequently, in a multinational company in the industrial sector. /liliSensitivity and interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources area. /liliExperience in a B Corp company and in HR project management will be an asset. /liliAvailability to travel occasionally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
