Your Profile: We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join a strategic project within a leading international company, working in a highly technological and international environment focused on data and AI transformation. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven initiatives across the organization, supporting the deployment and scaling of shared data and AI solutions, especially within Claim and Underwriting domains, while ensuring alignment with Group data standards and frameworks. 🧩 Requirements • +8 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in Data-related roles (data modelling, data architecture, data engineering, and data governance), • Proven experience in data architecture (data flows, APIs, data platforms), • Strong expertise in data modelling and data management, including data quality and unstructured data, • Solid experience in data governance, data compliance, and data security standards, • Experience defining and formalizing data requirements across different data dimensions, • Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, • Experience supporting data readiness and data quality assessments for AI adoption, • Strong understanding of scalable and secure data architectures, • Experience working in complex, international environments, • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, • Fluent English (C1 – will be validated during the interview) ✨ Nice to have • Experience with Data Product and Data Mesh concepts, • Understanding of AI / Generative AI use cases, • Experience within the insurance industry (Claim, Underwriting, or value chain), • Knowledge of Acord Reference Architecture, • Experience in Data Product Management, • Strong strategic mindset combined with technical expertise 🚀 Responsibilities • Engage with Group and Entity stakeholders to analyze and formalize data requirements, • Contribute to data architecture, data governance, and data management frameworks, • Support the definition of data quality and AI readiness assessments, • Collaborate with Data Office teams to ensure alignment with data standards and frameworks, • Support the development of data requirements for AI capabilities and unstructured data frameworks, • Ensure proper documentation including data requirements, stakeholder interactions, and project updates, • Provide weekly reporting on project progress and next steps 🚀 What We Offer ⏱ Flexible working hours 💰 Competitive salary + flexible compensation 🩺 Private health insurance 🎓 Technical and non-technical training 📚 Language courses 🤓 Tech communities 🔄 Continuous follow-up 🚀 Career development plan Join the InnoIT team, develop your IT talent, learn, create, and have fun 🚀 We are waiting for you 😊 So if you want to know more, contact us now!
