What You'll Do • Support localization projects from kickoff to delivery, gradually taking ownership as you gain experience., • Decode client instructions with precision and turn them into clear, actionable workflows for linguistic teams., • Be the connection point between clients, freelancers, and internal teams, ensuring communication flows smoothly across different time zones., • Keep quality at the center: monitor deliverables, support quality checks, and make sure every project meets the highest standards., • Build strong relationships with freelance linguists and vendors, creating reliable teams that clients can count on., • Think ahead: identify potential risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward., • Gain hands-on experience with localization platforms, translation tools (CAT tools), AI-powered workflows, and automation., • Continuously develop your skills through feedback, training, and hands-on experience. What You Bring • A degree in Translation, Languages, Linguistics, International Business, or a related field., • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • An interest in languages, technology, AI, and digital tools., • A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn., • The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized., • German is a plus, but not a must., • Previous experience in localization, project coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is welcome, but not required.
