We are a consulting firm established in Adeje since 1999. We assist our clients with all types of matters related to their properties. We take care of both the legal and tax aspects as well as the technical aspects. We are looking for a colleague for the technical area. Should have a degree as aparejador / ingenier@ de la edificación or architect. Among other tasks, your job would be to prepare basic reports on the land or the condition of the property, age certificates, CE certificates, licenses (prior notifications), and supervision and control of construction work.
