The IFRS17 and AFH Life & Health is resposible for: • IFRS 17 actuarial support, • Provide support to Life & Health entities on AXA Actuarial reporting methodology and processes and improve coordination and follow up on actuarial reporting process with Group PBR team, INM PBR L&S and INM RM L&S., • Contribute to the Organization of the Ima Technical Committee and Chief actuary meetings., • Coordination of local AFH., • Review the actuarial assumptions / model changes proposition., • Perform Ad-hoc reviews., • P&L monitoring., • Support to Stategic Plan on actuarial and IFRS17 impacts. The team is part of the overall International Markets Finance area, headed by the Chief Financial Officer and organized around 4 teams: • LATAM and Turkey geographical area, • ASIA and Africa geographical area, • AMIH Holdings, Cost & Capital Management, • AFH Life & Health, • Tax Primary Mission and Key accountabilities: The IFRS17 and AFH life and health Intern missions will be mainly oriented to: • Assist the entities in the IFRS17 topics, provide technical support, • Active contribution of the local IFRS17 project teams ensuring compliance with the planning; continuous follow-up on the main tasks and review on the main deliverables, • Contribute to the Organization and content of the Ima Technical Committee and Chief actuary meetings, • Participating in the IFRS closings procedures (monthly, quarterly, preclosings and forecasts) making sure that the Life & Health impacts are well monitored and explained, • Conducting regular and ad-hoc analysis on the assumptions review, model changes,, • Providing actuarial and IFRS17 assistance to the team members and local entities Candidate profile: Background and experience: • Ongoing studies (final semesters)/recent graduate, degree in Actuarial /Finance/Audit & Accounting, • Previous practical experience in the field is an advantage Tecnhical and professional skills: • Actuarial knowledge, • Strong analytical skills, • Basic knowledge of the IFRS17 and accounting mechanisms, • Fluent in English, • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry, • Very good knowledge of Ms Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Soft skills and competencies: • Autonomous, organized, and reliable, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Capacity for managing tight deadlines, • Ability to work in the international environment, • Initiative and agile spirit *Immediate availability required
