We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions while learning in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment. You will provide operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager and the wider HR team, you will contribute to the smooth execution of HR processes while developing strong foundational HR skills. This position reports to the HR Manager and is based out of hybrid. As an HR Intern, you will have an opportunity to: • Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries under supervision., • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times., • Provide administrative support in employee lifecycle processes, including hires, contract changes, and exits., • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication., • Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires, including documentation and coordination., • Support offboarding processes through administrative checklists and documentation., • Assist with internal training initiatives, including logistics coordination, attendance tracking, and LMS data entry., • Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives related to culture and workplace experience., • Prepare basic HR reports and support data tracking using Excel and HR systems., • Assist with HR projects aligned with business and team objectives., • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. You have: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or Law (labor-oriented)., • Eligibility to sign an internship agreement (mandatory)., • Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel., • Interest in learning HR systems (HRIS experience is a plus, not required)., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment., • Advanced English level; additional languages are a plus in multinational environments. 📩 Sounds like you?
