About Us We're Bloom — a digital ecosystem specialized in women's healthcare. We have our own media and strategic agency specialised in women's health, working with leading brands in several markets. The Role This is not a build-and-hand-off role. You'll own the websites as products — responsible for their performance, their conversion, and their evolution over time. You'll work across three verticals, making both technical and strategic decisions. You're a good fit if you've worked in a startup or product environment where the website was a core growth lever — not just a communication tool. We're not looking for someone to execute a brief; we're looking for someone who writes it. What You'll Do 🧭 Product & Strategy • Own the digital roadmap across our three verticals — prioritizing based on business impact, • Design and optimize user journeys, conversion funnels and acquisition paths, • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation, • Ensure every site is built around a clear business objective ⚙️ Development & Execution • Develop and maintain websites — primarily WordPress (custom themes and plugins), with flexibility to use other stacks, • Build high-converting landing pages for campaigns and growth initiatives, • Ensure strong Core Web Vitals, performance, and mobile-first implementation, • Make technical decisions that balance speed, scalability and flexibility 📈 Experimentation & CRO • Design and run A/B tests and iterative UX improvements, • Apply CRO methodologies to improve conversion across the funnel, • Work with marketing and content teams to translate insights into site changes 🤖 AI & Modern Tooling • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows (vibe coding is a plus), • Identify opportunities to integrate no-code or low-code solutions where appropriate 🤝 Collaboration • Serve as the technical reference across the organization, • Coordinate external freelance developers when needed, • Translate business needs into technical specs — without needing it spelled out Requirements Must-haves • 5+ years of web development experience, ideally in a startup, D2C or high-performance digital environment, • Strong frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, • Deep WordPress expertise: custom themes, plugins, performance optimization, • Experience building and testing conversion-focused landing pages, • Champion an AI-first culture by evaluating and adopting new tooling to accelerate the development lifecycle., • Integrate AI tools like Claude and Cursor as core infrastructure to maintain high development velocity., • Hands-on CRO: A/B testing, behavior analysis, funnel optimization, • Google Tag Manager and GA4 — implementation and interpretation, • Strong UX instincts and understanding of user behavior, • English C1 — you'll communicate directly with US clients and providers, • Available to overlap with US time zones 3 days per week Nice to have • React, Next.js or headless CMS experience, • API integrations with CRMs or marketing platforms, • Experience with CRO tools: Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, • Background in healthcare, wellness or regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR), • Familiarity with automation tools: Zapier, Make What We Offer • A key product role — not a maintenance role.
