Responsabilidades: ○ Control del ritmo de juego del campo, reporte de incidencias y capacidad de resolución. ○ Gestión de zona de prácticas; limpieza y orden, recogida de bolas y rellenar máquina ○ Gestión de salidas (Starter) ○ Mantenimiento, limpieza y puesta en carga diaria de los buggies y carros eléctricos. ○ Garantizar que la recepción esté en perfectas condiciones y que disponga de todo el material necesario para el correcto trabajo. ○ Asegurarse de que la atención al cliente sea clara, oportuna y precisa tanto en español como en inglés, además se valorará cualquier otro idioma que pueda aportar el candidato. ○ Recibir y atender a clientes y jugadores que soliciten salir al campo de golf, así como informar de todos los servicios que estén a su disposición. ○ Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza, tanto del material como de las dependencias en las que habitualmente presten sus servicios. ○ Controlar la entrada y salida de equipamientos, buggies y material del departamento, en general, que se alquile a los clientes para la práctica del golf. Director of Human Resources mainly responsible to: - Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of METT Hotel and Beach Resort to maximize the strategic use of human resources. - Administering the HR Policies, and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the Labor Law. - Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities, payroll management, and dealing with unions. - Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. - Effective management of legal activities. - Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major. - Experience (5 years) in a senior role in Human Resources, in 5-star Resort Hotel or Hotel chain. - Experienced on Spanish (Málaga) Work Law. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
