Your Role: As a Key Account Manager, you will drive growth and performance within the Home & Living category by managing strategic relationships with key local and international sellers. You'll play a central role in shaping product selection, promotional strategy, and operational excellence on the Miravia platform. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development & Strategy - Negotiate commercial terms with key sellers and distributors, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal product selection. Identify market opportunities based on consumer demand, seasonality, and lifecycle trends to define annual promotion calendars. Analyze competitors, market dynamics, and user behavior to adjust strategies proactively., • Seller Operations & Enablement - Guide key sellers on platform operations, marketing tools, advertising solutions, and best practices. - Support integration between seller systems (ERP, CMS, middleware) and the marketplace via API or other technical methods., • Sales & Promotion Management - Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive sales through targeted campaigns and visibility enhancement., • Coordinate annual category plans, including single-brand and single-product promotions, leveraging integrated marketing resources., • Promote co-marketing initiatives with major stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations., • Product & Category Operations, Manage the balance between local and overseas product offerings., • Enrich market supply by analyzing commodity demand and optimizing product mix. Bring insights from the Spanish market to global teams to ensure localization success., • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketplace operations, seller management, or e-commerce account management., • Solid understanding of the Spanish distribution landscape and brand operations (B2C/B2B). - Proven skills in data analysis, Excel, and business reporting., • Experience in promotional planning, negotiation, procurement, or project management is highly preferred., • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
