Quality Assurance Technician – Validations (Process and Cleaning Validation) 📍 Location: Greater Madrid area 🏭 Sector: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing 🕐 Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to take a leading role in process and cleaning validation activities at a well-established pharmaceutical production site. This is a key quality role supporting both sterile and non-sterile product lines, offering strong long-term career potential. You’ll act as a technical reference within the Validation team, planning and executing validation protocols in compliance with GMP standards, working cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, and Engineering teams, and supporting inspections and improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Validation Master Plans for process and cleaning validation Prepare validation protocols, reports, and supporting documentation Ensure validation activities meet GMP standards and internal quality policies Work closely with Production, QC, and Projects teams to implement validation strategy Perform risk assessments, contribute to CAPAs and change controls Support site audits and inspections (internal, client, and regulatory) Contribute to quality system improvement and revalidation of ISO certifications What You’ll Need Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical validation (ideally with sterile products) Strong understanding of GMP requirements Experience with systems like TrackWise, SAP, or similar QMS tools High level of English (spoken and written) Excellent attention to detail, technical writing skills, and ability to work cross-functionally Link to GxPeople Global Privacy Policy -

What you'll be doing: JOB SCOPE Attend to guests according to the company’s procedures and admission instruction in our business outlets. Handle and manage telephone enquiries. Conduct regular checks of our business outlets, report and record maintenance and cleaning requirements. Handle and ensure accurate records of cash flows and receipts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handle check in procedure and follow admission instruction, • Greet, receive and bid farewell guests at Entrance and Reception, • Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room booking, • Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Hotel, • Assist to promote various services and facilities of our Airport hotel to customers, ensure able to deals with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, • Take care of lost and found items and the related documentation., • Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity., • Responsible for answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate action., • Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts., • To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system., • Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage, • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills, • Good command of spoken and written English, • Able to work independently and under pressure, • Shift duties are required, • Work location: Madrid International Airport Terminal 4

Responsibilities • Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping crew in details of work., • Plan, organize, and monitor housekeeping team to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by the Company, which requires continuous visual inspection of the lounge and the lounge facilities., • To conduct performance evaluation of the housekeeping team., • Monitor and perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounges (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters)., • Establish and maintain adequate supplies for efficient operation., • Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage, providing complete training for housekeeping crew and ensuring proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with the Company’s, regional, local and national authorities., • Evaluate condition of furniture, fixtures, decor, etc. Make recommendations and assist in the coordination of rehab projects., • To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system., • To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities., • To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time. Requirements • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Housekeeping, • Excellent leadership and communication skills, • Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources and time, • Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals.
