Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support and drive recruitment activities across the EMEA region. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while also supporting broader HR initiatives such as employee benefits and administrative processes. This position is ideal for an individual looking to gain experience in human resources and recruitment, offering a hands-on opportunity to support day-to-day HR activities in a software multinational company. Key responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes (from job opening to onboarding), • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs, • Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms, • Source candidates through job boards, website, LinkedIn, and direct outreach, • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews, • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process, • Manage offer process, including preparation and negotiation support, • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience, • Coordinate documentation, contracts, and pre-employment requirements, • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, • Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee lifecycle processes where needed, • Support benefits administration and employee queries, • Maintain accurate HR data and documentation, • Collaborate with HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives, • Provide daily administrative support to the HR department, including data management, managing calendars, and organizing files, • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, • Provide general administrative support, such as answering emails, responding to HR inquiries, and preparing HR-related documents, • Maintain open positions updated on company website What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of experience in international recruitment, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment tools is an advantage, • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role will be valued, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Languages: • Fluent English both written and spoken, • Any other languages will be positively considered Why Join HRS? • A Job in an international company, • A diverse, demanding and varied range of tasks, • Teammates who are at your side with any questions you may have, • Individual design and development options, • Motivating remuneration package, • Work from home and hybrid options, • Competitive annual bonus scheme, • Team building and company events, • Childbirth, marriage and other family friendly benefits, • Fitness/healthy lifestyle support program, • Employee referral program We look forward to hearing from you!
