Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles within the gaming industry (e.g. game artist, developers, producers). Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, events, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates. Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data with accuracy and ensure compliance with recruitment policies. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline health). Stay up to date on industry trends and talent market developments in the gaming sector. Requirements Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2 - 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in the gaming industry. Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including roles, tools, and team structures. Proven experience sourcing and hiring for creative, technical, and production roles. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for games and a strong grasp of gaming culture is a plus.
