Account Manager – iGaming (Payments Startup) Barcelona or Europe (€20k) Overview We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with iGaming clients for a fast-growing payments startup. You’ll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, building strong, long-term relationships, • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviews, • Monitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insights, • Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech) to resolve issues and improve service, • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue, • Support onboarding of new clients and payment methods across markets, • 2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming, • Strong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud concepts, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metrics, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, • Experience working with high-risk industries or regulated markets, • Familiarity with global payment methods and cross-border transactions
