To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for an: ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTANT to join our growing team in Sabadell. Please note: this is a 100% on-site position based in Sabadell (no home-office option available). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage daily accounting and administrative operations, including accounts payable and receivable., • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations using accounting software and ERP systems., • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, including invoices, receipts, ledgers, and inventory documentation., • Support the accounting department with financial reporting, budgeting, tax preparation, audits, and the resolution of discrepancies., • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments, account status, and billing matters., • Ensure all financial documentation is properly organized and maintained in accordance with company procedures., • Act as the liaison with external tax consultants to ensure taxes and financial obligations are submitted accurately and on time., • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office and financial operations. REQUIRED PROFILE • Previous experience in accounting and administrative roles, ideally between 3 and 5 years., • Solid knowledge of accounting procedures, bookkeeping, and financial administration., • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills., • Familiarity with European accounting regulations and financial legislation, particularly in Spain, the UK, and Germany., • Good command of English, both written and spoken., • Advanced user of ERP financial systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly valued., • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team., • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities., • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
