Gullo Jiu-jitsu is looking for a motivated Receptionist & Sales Specialist to be the welcoming face of our academy and help us grow our incredible community. We aim to be an example in the jiu-jitsu community as we believe this sport offers many benefits on and off the tatami and we endeavour to reach as many people as possible. Responsibilities • Be the friendly, professional face of Gullo Jiu-jitsu, warmly welcoming members, visitors, and families as they arrive, • Build meaningful relationships with existing members to foster a strong sense of community and retention, • Assist adults, kids, and parents with uniform purchases, including sizing and product guidance, • Ensure every trial guest receives a five-star experience: academy tour, introduction to the team, and smooth onboarding to class, • Confidently explain our training programs, schedule, and membership options to walk-ins and potential students, • Manage and respond to all incoming communication via WhatsApp, email, and phon, quickly and clearly, • Proactively follow up with leads to book trial classes and guide them through the sales journey, • Handle payment reminders and ensure members are supported in maintaining their accounts, • Drive conversions by turning leads and trial participants into committed, long-term members Qualifications • Friendly, confident, and a natural people person, • Sales-savvy, you understand how to talk with leads at different stages, • Fluent in Spanish & English (Catalan and other languages are xcskxlj a bonus), • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking, • Interested in jiu-jitsu and personal development (no experience needed) What we offer you: • Flexible contract (Part-time - morning shift), • Competitive base salary, • Unlimited jiu-jitsu training at our academy, • Private health insurance, • Yearly uniform credit + seminar access, • Discounts with local partners (açaí, food, chiropractic, etc.), • A role with growth potential, • Team activities, a warm work culture, and free coffee & water Work hours: Morning shift (7am - midday) Start date: May
