Driven by innovation and a focus on creating joyful moments through food and drinks, our decisions are guided by consumer centricity, creating opportunities for our associates to do meaningful work and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve. /p pWhatever your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact on your career and on the world around you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as a member of the site leadership team to collaboratively set strategies; generate master plan activities, employee engagement activities, and loss elimination ideas; and ensure the target results are delivered. /li liDevelop the cultural vision that provides the foundation for the IWS journey at the site. /li liContinuously expand and enhance IWS knowledge levels. /li liLead the site leadership team in integrating the appropriate actions to support the cultural vision and to support the delivery of the compelling business need (CBN). Be the change agent within a site leadership team that focuses on how results are delivered and sustained (i.e., IWS is the work). /li liBuild the capability of site leaders to implement IWS systems, tools, methodologies, capabilities, and standards. /liliEnsure IWS tools and methodologies are used to drive all site result opportunities and ensure all results are being sustained or improved per the site master plan, including owning how breakthrough performance is achieved. /li liBe responsible for the phased implementation of IWS at the site and for benchmarking with other sites in the division to drive best practices and standard work. /li liLead the process reliability (PR) process, including maintaining measurement standards, coaching on improvement plans and strategies, training, coaching, and monthly reporting. /li liEstablish and maintain plant key performance indicators (KPIs) and visual plant tools. /li /ul pbTasks: /b /p ul liCoach and lead the site leadership team through Pillar ownership and develop an understanding of the IWS strategy. /li liManage, supervise, and monitor the implementation of the IWS Pillars, liaising where appropriate with site teams, and assessing implementation reviews and audit successes against the expected IWS Pillar delivery targets. /li liImplement the plan, do, check, act (PDCA) cycle to align leadership and activities with the plan. /li liImplement the IWS qualification process for your role and that of all Pillar owners at the site, and validate IWS qualifications. /li liImplement step-up cards (SUCs), coordinate self-assessments, and coordinate external assessments for all Pillar owners using the Pillar SUCs. /li liDevelop an operating objectives, goals, strategies, and measures (OGSM) for the site, and ensure this is linked to the group OGSM and compelling business need (CBN). /li liDevelop the transition and development plan to address training needs at the site, including addressing college and training book needs. /li liUpdate and manage the site Phase scorecard, and implement Pillar health checks with all Pillar owners. /li liSet up and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly drumbeat of meetings to review the progress, schedule, and culture of the IWS implementation. /li liArrange and manage one‑on‑one coaching sessions with all Pillar owners. /li liFocus the leadership team on coaching on the floor, and ensure adherence to the no meeting zone. /li liWork with Human Resources, and Learning and Development, to ensure succession plans are established. /li liInstall a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site utilizing IWS. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbSkills And Abilities /b /p ul liStrategically influence all levels of the organization. /li liServe as a team member, facilitator and/or leader as the team role warrants /li liManage and motivate employees in a team‑based environment /li liPrepare and deliver presentations and reports to a variety of stakeholders /li liAbility to teach, coach, develop others both on the plant floor on the plant leadership team /li liLong term planning (strategic) with intermediate actions along the way (tactical) /li liProcess‑driven, loss‑focused, results‑oriented approach /li liProblem solving skill‑set (by degree engineering or by experience) /li liProven leadership skills /li liCollaboration ability to partner with influence others /li /ul pbQualifications And Experience /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university is preferred /li liFive or more years of relevant work experience /li liExperience working within the production environment /li liIWS experience preferred (at minimum, experience in Lean, Six Sigma or similar Lean system. /li /ul h3Why PepsiCo Iberia? /h3 pPepsiCo Iberia, part of the Western Europe Operating Unit, is home to a team of nearly 3,000 talented employees across our Barcelona, Madrid, Vitoria and Lisbon headquarters, and our production sites in Spain and Portugal. /p pWith iconic brands like Pepsi, 7UP, Alvalle, Lay’s or Doritos, we continue to shape the food and beverage landscape as one of the region’s leading companies. /p pAt PepsiCo, you’re not just joining a business – you’re joining a culture that champions innovation, encourages bold thinking and empowers every individual to make an impact. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
