We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant or PA to join our team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring every task and detail is handled with precision and efficiency. A personal car is required for travel within the island. If the collaboration continues successfully, we would offer a formal long-term part-time contract for a 12-month period. With time, initiative, and growth, the role could evolve into one of the following paths Sales Agent, Rental Agent, Office Manager… It’s basically you’re start into you’re new career with high potential and salary’s with no limit. Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Proficiency with digital tools, platforms, and basic design software. Precisamos incorporar en nuestro hotel a un/a recepcionista a tiempo completo. Buscamos a una persona apasionada por la atención al cliente que quiera formar parte de nuestro esfuerzo diario en proporcionar un servicio de calidad a nuestros huéspedes. Tus tareas principales serán: • Check-In y Check-Out de nuestros huéspedes., • Cuando llegan los clientes se les acompaña a la habitación y se introduce en las instalaciones del hotel., • Tareas diarias de recepción y reservas de los varios turnos (de 7a 15h, de 15 a 23h y puntualmente de 23 a 7h), • Informar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre ofertas de la isla, de los alrededores y sobre excursiones, igual que la contestación a cualquier consulta., • Gestión de reclamaciones, siempre en colaboración con nuestro Guest Relation Manager y la dirección., • Tramitación de reservas individuales., • Comunicación con otros departamentos como pisos y SSTT.
