Most importantly, it puts people first! 🤩 (*As standard we are a remote-first company, however some roles are required to have more of an office presence - we are happy to confirm this during our initial call 😊) How you will make a difference: As our Global Solutions Advisor, you will work with clients across the Netherlands and Nordics, using your Dutch language skills to build strong relationships and understand their growth ambitions. You’ll guide organisations through the challenges of global expansion and workforce management, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to close. Based in Spain with occasional travel to our Barcelona office, your work will help clients expand confidently anywhere in the world. • Develop sales opportunities by proactively nurturing opportunities from self-generated leads, marketing lists, and warm leads across the organisation., • Develop and manage your own portfolio of prospects, ensuring consistent growth and engagement., • Plan and execute targeted sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed your targets., • Own the full sales journey, from identifying prospects to progressing and closing deals., • Engage HR, Finance, and C-Suite stakeholders to uncover needs, align solutions, and build compelling business cases., • Develop and present customised proposals, leading contract negotiations to secure deals that deliver value for both clients and the business., • Build and maintain a reliable pipeline while forecasting weekly and monthly sales with accuracy., • Collaborate with channel partners, sharing insights on lead performance and guiding them to provide high-quality opportunities., • Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via email, phone, and occasional client visits, delivering exceptional client experiences., • Stay up to date on HR and global employment trends to bring insight and value to every client conversation., • Actively represent Safeguard Global at industry events, forging connections, expanding your network, and uncovering new business opportunities. What will make you stand out: • Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or Employer-of-Record (EOR) solutions., • Native-level Dutch and strong English language skills is a must., • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers across HR, Finance, and C-Suite., • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of opportunities independently., • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create real value., • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners., • A naturally curious mindset - you seek to understand each client's needs deeply and propose solutions that genuinely improve their business., • Results-driven with a focus on building long-term client relationships and achieving business outcomes.
