Our products enable vision-guided robotics and AI-powered visual inspection across real operational environments. We work with integrators and OEMs to deploy applications such as pick & place, bin picking, palletizing and quality control. Now, we are looking for our first commercial hire. This is not a "manage pipeline" role. This is a build role. What you will do • Build the commercial function from the ground up: territory, strategy, pipeline and execution, • Open and develop relationships with integrators and OEMs, • Identify and shape real applications (not generic opportunities), • Lead consultative sales processes in complex industrial and non-industrial environments, • Close key deals and set the foundation for scale, • Work closely with the CEO, CTO and the technical team in pre-sales and solution definition, • Expand beyond Spain into our target marketsWhat we are looking for, • Engineering background (industrial, robotics, automation or similar), • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, • Experience in a startup or building a commercial function from scratch, • Ability to operate with autonomy and ambiguity, • Strong execution mindset and ownership, • Fluent in Spanish and EnglishNice to have (strong plus), • Experience in industrial automation, • Exposure to robotics or computer vision, • Existing network of integrators or OEMs, • Experience selling software (not only hardware), • Catalan is a plusWhat this role is not, • Not a corporate Key Account Manager role, • Not a "lead generator" position From first deals to scalable channel strategy, your work will directly shape the company's growth. xcskxlj How to apply Reach out directly at and why you think you will be a good asset for us including, if relevant, examples of deals that you have closed or markets that you have built.
